Sam Houston Physical Fitness Facility

The
Ft. Sam Houston Physical fitness center includes a large
gymnasium, a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, racquetball
courts, weight room and sauna.
The building consists of steel and concrete
construction with a red clay tile roof. The building was
designed with a Spanish architectural theme which is
prevalent in the Fort Sam Houston Historic Area. |

The
renovation of the Atascosa County Courthouse included
the replacement or refurbishing of the interior and
exterior doors, frames, windows, interior partitioning,
flooring, ceilings and elevator.
New interior features include a complete
replacement of the existing Electrical, Plumbing and
HVAC Systems as well as the addition of a Fire Sprinkler
System throughout. |

The
Kendall County Courthouse is a three story structure
that is a blend of hill country limestone, granite and
terrazzo and is in natural harmony with the environment
of the Texas Hill Country.
The first floor lobby, with its circular
information desk of granite and the
brass-finished elevators, are beautifully
accented by the spiral monumental staircase leading to
the second floor. The second floor houses two large
courtrooms, judge’s chambers, holding cells, a law
library, office and jury rooms. |

Jet Engine Test Facility |

The
Kelly Jet Engine Test Facility consists of a 50,000 SF
shop building addition and alterations to modernize the
existing test cells.
Test cell alterations included furnishing and
installing test equipment structural supports, test
stand fixtures, jet engine adapters, fuel piping,
computer controls as well as special mechanical and
electrical hook-ups for the test equipment to the
control rooms. |
