The
Crossings is a progressive learning center located in
the Texas Hill Country just outside Austin.
Situated on 210 acres in the pristine Balcones
Canyonlands Preserve, The Crossings provides a peaceful
place for individuals to renew and grow.
The campus consists of a complex of thirteen
buildings on a 20 acre ridge including large lodges,
small lodges, a bunkhouse, a conference facility, the
Welcome/Administration Building, dining facility, and a
maintenance building. |

| Doubletree
Club Hotel |

The
Doubletree Club Hotel houses 154 hotel rooms, meeting
rooms and a full service restaurant.
The building construction consists of
post-tension concrete
framing with synthetic stucco, masonry and glass
exterior, built-up roofing and aesthetic mansard panels.
This project was completed in
ten months. |

| Hampton
Inn |

The
Hampton Inn houses 169 hotel rooms and was built within
the San Antonio Historic District.
The building construction consists of a concrete
frame, an E.I.F.S. and glass exterior, and a combination
of built up and clay tile roofing. |

| Henry
B. Gonzales Convention Center |

The
renovation of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center
involved the remodeling of approximately 500,000 square
feet of existing exhibit halls, ballrooms, meeting
rooms, kitchen facilities, and restrooms.
This project included installation of parquet
wood flooring, cherry stile and rail doors, antique long
leaf pine door surrounds, limestone base, duraplex wall
finishes and custom carpet.
New audio/video, lighting, dimming, HVAC,
electrical, fire alarm and security systems were
also installed. |
