Navy Building |
| Architect:

Powell, Carson, Inc. |
The
H-E-B Navy Building, originally built in 1917, has been
placed on the National Historic Register.
Because of the historic nature of this 5-story
building, restoration of the exterior and renovation of
the interior had to meet the specific requirements of
the National Park Service and the Texas State Historic
Preservation Office.
This project was divided into three phases.
The last two phases were negotiated.
The owner used the bottom floors while the top
three floors were being renovated. |
