The
five story Hobby Complex parking garage was constructed
of a combination of precast concrete and nearly 5,000
c.y. of cast-in place concrete structure.
The garage holds 750 cars and is equipped with a
maintenance shop and office for the General Service
Commission.
The structure provides for a four story, 750,000
gallon, thermal storage tank which is one story below
grade and three stories above grade, all within the
confines of the garage. |

The
six-story, 953 car, parking structure addition was
constructed adjacent to the existing parking structure
for the Texas Deparment of Health.
The facility consists of a cast-in-place and
precast concrete structure with architectural precast
concrete exterior panels, which were specially designed
to match the finish on the existing garage.
Due to the location of existing buildings and
large trees, the project was completed within a limited
construction area. |

Hall Parking Garage - Trinity

This
five story, 300 car parking structure was constructed in
conjunction with an expansion to the Central Plant and
the new Prassel Hall dormitory on the campus of Trinity
University.
The facility consists of a precast concrete
structure with spandrel panels clad with red face brick
specially designed to match the appearance of the
surrounding campus buildings. |
