The
Silverado Station Retail Center consists of a new 11,000
SF retail shell space. The building structure is a
slab on grade supported by piers. The exterior walls
consist of concrete tilt wall construction with EIFS and
limestone exterior. The roof is a single ply membrane.
Special architectural features include decorative
FRP profiles and stained concrete walks. |

Lakeline
Retail Center

The
Lakeline Retail Center consists of a new 10,000 SF
Michaels store along with 23,000 SF of adjacent shell
space. The Michael’s building included all interior
finishes and mechanical work. The site work
included completion of the building pad, utilities,
concrete paving, striping, and landscaping. The
building structure is a slab on grade supported by
piers. The exterior walls consist of concrete tilt wall
construction with a block and limestone exterior. The
roof is a single ply membrane. |

Southbank
of the San Antonio Riverwalk

The
South Bank is a very successful restaurant/retail
complex located on the south bank of the San Antonio
River in the downtown River Bend area.
This project consists of three interconnected
buildings.
Each building has three separate levels: river,
street and second floor.
Some of the major tenants at the complex include
Hard Rock Cafe, Howl at the Moon Saloon, Paesano’s
Riverwalk, County Line Barbeque, and Fat Tuesday’s. |

Heights |

The
Stassney Heights Retail project consisted of the
excavation and grading of a 50 acre site as well
as the pads for four buildings and tilt wall
building shells for two buildings as well as the
external areas of the site.
All site utilities, including site electric and
lighting.
Retaining walls of
1400’ in
length at heights of up to 45’. |
